  1. 1 1/4 cup flour

  2. 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

  3. 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

  4. 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  5. 1/2 cup sugar

  6. 1/2 cup light brown sugar

  7. 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

  8. 1 egg

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. In a separate bowl cream together the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar. add in the vanilla and egg to the sugar mixture. Then slowly stir in the flour mixture.Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Lightly press down centers. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until edges are are set. Cool on a wire rack for 4 minutes.
