  1. Follow directions above in history, Bake @ 350 degrees for 2 to 3 hours, or until meat reaches the doneness your family prefers, {Medium rare or well done. A meat thermometer can be used for this purpose, 145 degrees for medium rare and 160 for well done}. Let the roast sit in pan out of oven for 15 minutes before cutting & serving. The drippings in the bottom of the pan after roasting makes a wonderful gravy for rice or mashed potatoes, or by adding a little wine or hot water, it may be used as a dipping sauce for the meat it’s self.
