    1. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Bread flour

    2. 2/3 cup 157ml Milk

    3. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Toasted hazelnuts - chopped

    4. 1 Egg

    5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

    6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter or margarine

    7. 4 teaspoons 20ml Amaretto

    8. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Active dry yeast

    9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt Glaze Amaretto Glaze - seeNote Toasted almonds - chopped,

    1. Recipe Instructions * Note: See the "Amaretto Glaze" recipe which is included in this collection. Add flour, milk, the nuts, egg, sugar, butter/margarine, liqueur, yeast, and salt to the bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Bake and cool as directed. When bread is cool, drizzle with Amaretto Glaze. Sprinkle with almonds, if desired.
