    1. 2 10 oz. pkgs frozen spinach , cooked and drained

    2. 2 c herb-seasoned stuffing mix

    3. 1 lg onion , chopped

    4. 5 egg s, beaten

    5. 3/4 c melted butter

    6. 1/2 c parmesan cheese

    7. 1 T garlic salt

    8. 1 t pepper

    9. 1/2 t thyme

    10. 1/2 c pine nut s, roasted

    1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 2 hours. Roll into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes
