  1. Pastry for 2-crust pie

  2. 6 sweet apple s, peeled, cored & sliced

  3. 1 tbsp. flour

  4. 1 tsp. cinnamon

  5. 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

  6. 1 cup dried cranberries

  7. 1 cup pecan pieces, toasted

  8. 1 tbsp. cold butter

  9. 1 tbsp. milk

  10. 2 tbsp. raw or granulated sugar

  1. Spray pie plate with notn-stick spray; line with pie crust.

  2. Stir together apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in cranberries and pecans; pour into pie crust and spread evenly. Cut butter into small pieces and dot filling.

  3. Cover filling with top crust; crimp edges.

  4. Brush top crust with milk, sprinkle with sugar. Use sharp knife to vent top crust.

  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Cover top loosely with foil, increase oven temperature to 425 degrees and bake for 15 minutes longer.
