  5. 2 cups plum sauce

  6. 3/4 cup soy sauce

  7. 2 teaspoons fresh ginger root

  9. 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  1. heat vinegar in a saucepan, over a moderate flame add sugar and water, heat and stir to dissolve sugar remove from heat stir in remaining ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-48 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
