  1. crust:

  2. 3/4c graham wafers

  3. 1/3c sugar

  4. 1/2c butter

  5. cheesecake:

  6. 4 eggs,

  7. 1/2c sugar ,

  8. 16oz cream cheese

  9. 20mins

  10. pumpkin pie mix:

  11. 2c pumpkin

  12. 1/2c milk

  13. 1/2tsp salt

  14. 1tsp pumpkin pie spice

  15. 1 tsp cinnamon

  16. 1 envelope gelatin

  17. 3 egg whites

  18. 1.4 cup sugar

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix crust ingredients together and press into 9x13" pan.

  3. For the cheesecake, mix ingredients together and spread onto the crust. Bake for 20 minutes and remove from the oven.

  4. Place all pumpkin pie ingredients into a stovetop pan on medium heat and when heated through, remove from stovetop.

  5. In a separate dish, combine 1 envelope of gelatin that been dissolved in 1/4c cold water, beat in 3 egg whites and 1/4c sugar. Fold into pumpkin mix. Sweeten the mixture to taste and add spices as necessary.

  6. Pour over cooled baked cheesecake. Top with layer of whipped cream or sprinkle extra crumbs of graham crakers.
