  1. CAESAR SALAD

  6. 4 Tablespoons fresh Lemon juice

  7. 4 teaspoons Dijon Mustard

  8. 1 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  10. 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  11. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  12. 1 cup walnut halves toasted

  13. 8 cups Romaine

  14. 8 cups Arugula

  15. 500 oven for 6 minutes. Combine shallots, garlic,

  16. anchovies with oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk

  17. in olive oil with fork. Pour over greens. Add toasted nuts and parmesan.
