  1. 2 1/3 cups 256g / 9oz Chocolate protein powder

  2. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter

  3. 4 oz 113g Cream cheese

  4. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped walnuts

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Splenda

  1. Recipe Instructions Melt butter and cream cheese. Mix in designer protein and Splenda. This will be stiff and hard to stir (knead with clean hands if needed). Add walnuts and mix again. Place in greased bread pan. (Sprinkle additional finely chopped walnuts on top if you like.) Cool. Cut into 8 servings. This recipe yields 8 bars; approximately 2.5 carb grams per bar.
