Pumpkin Pie Cake

    2. 1 yellow cake mix (reserve 1 c.)

    3. 1 egg

    4. 1 stick butter, melted

    5. FILLING

    6. 1 (20 oz.) pumpkin

    7. 2/3 c. brown sugar

    8. 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

    9. 1 tsp. Cinnamon

    10. 2 eggs

    11. 2/3 c. milk

    12. DIRECTIONS:

    14. 9 inch pan. Mix filling, pour over crust. Sprinkle with the

    15. 1 cup cake mix and bake at

    16. 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

    17. When cool, optionally can be topped with Cool Whip
