  1. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz Corn flakes

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sesame seeds

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sesame seeds

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Paprika

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Black pepper

  7. 4 Chicken breast halves without skin

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Skim milk

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Reduced-calorie margarine

  10. 2 teaspoons 10ml Reduced-calorie margarine

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 8" square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Place cornflakes in gallon-size storage bag; crush flakes by rubbing bag between palms of hands.

  2. Add sesame seeds, paprika, salt and pepper; shake well . Set aside. Dip each chicken breast in milk, then place in bag with cornflake mixture. Shake until coated. Repeat with each chicken breast. Place coated chicken breasts in baking pan. Dot evenly with margarine. Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through.
