  1. 4 Hard-boiled eggs

  2. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Grated parmesan cheese

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Prepared mustard

  4. 1 Pepper

  5. 2 Milk

  6. Dill weed - or paprika

  1. Recipe by: Ontario Egg Producers' Marketing Board Cut the eggs in half lengthwise; remove the yolks and mash.

  2. To the yolks, add the cheese, mustard and pepper; stir until well combined.

  3. Stir in enough milk to moisten the mixture. Refill the egg whites with the mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.

  5. Makes 8 egg halves.
