  3. Marinade:

  4. 1/4 c. soy sauce

  5. 1/2 c.

  6. 2 T. dry sherry

  7. 1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice

  8. 1/4 c. red wine vinegar

  9. 1/4 c.

  10. 2 T. sugar

  11. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

  1. Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken overnight.

  2. Remove and grill, saute or bake. Baste with marinade ONLY during thefirst several minutes of cooking. Top each breast with a slice ofmunster or provolone cheese and broil just until cheese starts to melt. -
