  1. 1/4 lb Sugar cubes

  2. 1/4 c -Water

  3. 1/2 c Egg whites; room temperature

  4. 1 lb Imported white chocolate

  5. - cut into very small cubes 2 c Whipping cream; well chilled

  6. Mint leaves --STRAWBERRY SAUCE-- 2 pt Strawberries

  7. - washed and hulled 2 tb Imported kirsch

  8. 1 tb Sugar

  9. 1 pn Salt

  10. 225?F on candy thermometer

  11. 4 hours. To serve, place Strawberry Sauce on chilled dessert plate
