  6. 1/4 Cup Corn starch

  1. Dust fish with corn starch and deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute minced garlic and red chili. Pour in sauce mix. Cook until heated through and pour over fish.
