  1. 1 Tbsp. olive oil

  2. 1 onion, chopped

  3. 2 tsp. red wine vinegar

  4. 14 oz. can chicken broth or vegetable broth

  5. 1 pkg. Country French Beans with Gemelli pasta mix

  6. 12 oz. can dark and white meat chicken, drained

  1. Saute onion in olive oil until tender. In a small bowl, blend the green herb packet with the onions, oil and vinegar; set aside. In a heavy saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Add contents of larger pouch and the red spice packet, stirring to combine. Return to a boil.

  2. Cover skillet, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta reaches desired consistency, stirring frequently. Add chicken and cook a few minutes to heat thoroughly. Remove from heat. Stir in herb vinaigrette and serve immediately. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4
