  1. 8 ounce(s) Cream Cheese , Softened to room temperature

  2. 1/3333333333333 cup(s) Sugar

  3. 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt

  4. 1 large Egg

  5. 3 large Eggs

  6. 1/4 cup(s) Sugar

  7. 1 cup(s) Light Corn Syrup

  8. 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla

  9. 1/4 cup(s) Pecans

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. Prepare your favorite pie crust recipe and place into pie pan.

  3. Beat first 5 ingredients together until creamy, set aside.

  4. Beat 3 eggs, add 1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup corn syrup and 1 teaspoon vanilla, beat until well blended.

  5. Spread cream cheese mixture into bottom of crust.

  6. Sprinkle 1-1/4 cup chopped pecans (or more if you like really nutty pie).

  7. Gently pour corn syrup mixture over pecans.

  8. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until center is firm to touch.
