    1. 4 Egg yolks

    2. 2 1/4 c Brown sugar; packed

    3. 1 tb Water

    4. 1 ts Vanilla

    5. 2 c Flour

    6. 1 ts Baking powder

    7. 1/2 ts Salt

    8. 1 c Gum drops

    9. 3/4 c Walnuts

    10. 4 Egg whites

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. Beat egg yolks with beater. Stir in brown sugar, water and vanilla. In another bowl, sift together flour baking powder and salt. Mix with egg-sugar mixture. Stir in gum drops and walnuts.
