  7. 1 c Unbleached Flour

  8. 1 c Brown Sugar

  9. 1 t Cinnamon

  10. 3/4 c Uncooked Instant Oatmeal

  11. 1/2 c Butter Or Margarine

  12. 6 c Fresh Apples, Peaches, Or -Rhubarb

  13. 1 c Sugar

  14. 1 c Water

  15. 2 tb Cornstarch

  16. 1 t Vanilla

  17. Mix, until crumbly, the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon,

  18. oatmeal and butter or margarine. Place half of the

  19. crumbs into a 9-inch greased baking dish. Cover with

  20. the fresh fruit. Cook the sugar, water, cornstarch,

  21. and vanilla until thick and pour over the fruit. Top

  22. the the rest of the crumbs. Bake in a preheated 350

  23. Degree F. oven for 1 hour. Top with whipped cream or topping, ice cream, or frozen yogurt
