  1. 1 cup 237ml Thin soy sauce

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Orange juice - freshly squeezed

  3. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Brown sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions In a saucepan combine soy sauce, orange juice, and brown sugar. Reduce until an almost syrupy consistency is achieved. Let cool. As it cools, the syrup will thicken. Garnish with spring onions (scallions) and sesame seeds.
