  1. 4 Chiles gueros

  2. 1 Tomato - peeled and seeded

  3. 6 sections Cilantro - chopped

  4. 1 section Onion - chopped (small)

  5. 1 Garlic - crushed

  6. 1 Canned serrano - chopped

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Oil

  8. 1 Salt - pepper to taste

  9. 1 Sugar

  1. Simmer gueros in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain, stem and seed.

  2. Puree with remaining ingredients. Cook in skillet, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes.

  3. Makes 1 1/2 cups
