  1. 1 Lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cut into 1 red bell pepper -- cut into strips

  2. 1 Package Frozen Vegetables with Pasta -- (1 pound)

  3. 1/4 Cup water

  4. 1/2 Cup whipping cream

  5. 1 Teaspoon cumin

  6. 1/8 Teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne) -- (1/8 to 1/4)

  1. Preparation : Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook and stir until, chicken is no longer pink and lightly browned. Add bell pepper; cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in frozen vegetables with pasta and water. Bring to a boil. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in cream, cumin and ground red pepper. Cover; cook 5 to 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
