  1. veal kebab 2x 80 gr

  8. Tomato 100 gr

  9. Onion 40 gr

  10. Oregano 5 gr

  11. Thym 5 gr

  12. Olive oil 3 cl

  13. Minted yoghurt 1 cl

  1. a. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade and leave to rest for one day.

  2. b. Marinate the meat and grill, garnish with chopped parsley, grilled tomato quarters and a drizzle of yghurt, presented on rectangular white and orange plates.

  3. c. Fish rice served on round white plate and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

  4. d. Served on the side, harissa,tumeya, chili sauce
