  1. Cherry Orange Delight

  2. 16 servings, about 1/2 cup each 2 1/2 cups boiling water

  3. 3 pkgs (4-serving size) cherry gelatin

  4. 2 3/4 cups cold water

  5. 15 oz can mandarin orange segments, drained

  6. 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  7. 2 tablespoons sugar

  8. 8 oz tub frozen whipped topping, thawed

  9. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2

  10. minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate

  11. 1 1/4 hours or until slightly thickened

  13. Gently stir remaining orange segments into gelatin; set aside.

  14. Beat cream cheese and sugar in separate medium bowl with wire whisk

  15. until well blended. Stir in whipped topping. Spoon into 2 1/2 quart

  17. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with reserved orange

  18. segments.
