  1. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugar

  2. 3 cups 711ml White vinegar

  3. 2 1/4 cups 533ml Water

  4. 1 Green cabbage - cored, shredded

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large bowl, combine sugar, vinegar and water. Mix with a wire whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Add shredded cabbage and mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Serving size depends upon personal preference.
