  1. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Balsamic vinegar

  2. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Orange

  3. 1 Salt

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground pepper

  5. 1 1/4 teaspoons 6 1/3ml Hazelnut oil

  6. 2 Endive

  7. Separate Leaves

  8. 1 Watercress

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, orange zest, 1 tbs of water, the salt and pepper. Let the dressing stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the endive and watercress. Drizzle the dressing over the leaves and toss to coat. Divide equally among 4 salad plates and serve.
