  1. 3 cup sugar

  2. 4 tbsp. cornstarch or flour

  3. 1/2 tsp. salt

  4. 4 cans evaporated milk

  5. 1 can condensed milk

  6. 8 eggs

  7. 3 tbsp. vanilla

  1. Instructions Stir together ther sugar, flour, and salt. Beat the eggs and add in the milk. Gently stir into the flour mixture until well incorporated. Heat in a skillet over medium until warmed through and thick. Let cool and add vanilla flavoring. Spoon into an ice cream freezer and follow directions on the freezer to let set. .
