  1. 3tbsp sweet chilli sauce

  2. 1tbsp runny honey

  3. 8 premium pork sausages

  4. 50g (2oz) raisins

  5. 50g (2oz) pine nuts

  6. 110g packet lemon and coriander couscous

  1. Mix the chilli sauce and honey, and coat the sausages. Grill for 15 minutes until cooked through.

  2. Meanwhile, heat a knob of butter in a saucepan. Add in the raisins and pine nuts, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the couscous and coat well in the butter.

  3. Pour in 200ml (7fl oz) water, stir well, then remove from the heat and put the lid on to help the liquid absorb.

  4. Glaze the sausages again and serve with the couscous.
