  6. 1 Garlic - head, peeled

  7. 1 cup 16g / 0.6oz Cilantro - fresh

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Basil - fresh

  9. 1 cup 237ml White vinegar

  10. Salt to taste

  11. Corn starch - to thicken

  1. Mix corn starch in vinegar. Grind all other ingredients together. Add corn starch-vinegar mixture and bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes and put in clean jars and process for 5 minutes for 8 oz jars and 10 minutes for pints
