  1. 8 cups sliced yellow crookneck squash , cooked and drained

  2. 6 slices bacon , cooked and crumbled

  4. 1 cup cottage cheese

  5. 2 tablespoons flour

  6. 2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon

  7. 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, flour and bouillon. Add squash; mix well. Turn into greased 12x7 inch baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese and bacon. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
