  7. 3/4 c Sugar

  8. 1 tb Lemon juice

  9. 12 oz Frozen grape juice

  10. -concentrate

  11. Combine water and sugar in a large saucepan; cook over

  12. medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar

  13. dissolves. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until

  14. grape juice melts.

  15. Pour mixture into freezer trays; freeze until firm,

  16. stirring several times during freezing process.

  17. Yield: 5-1/2 cups.

  18. (While the recipe does not offer the option, I would

  19. think that one could use an ice cream freezer,

  20. following the manufacturer's directions.)
