  1. 6 to 8 tablespoons olive oil

  2. 10 cloves garlic, minced

  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed chillies, such as Schwartz

  5. handful chopped fresh parsley

  6. 1 (500g) pack penne pasta

  7. grated Pecorino Romano cheese, to garnish

  1. Cook penne according to pack instructions.

  2. In a pan, brown garlic in oil. Add salt, chillies and parsley and remove from heat.

  3. Toss penne pasta with garlic mixture and freshly grated cheese and serve!
