  1. 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

  2. 2 tsp. salt

  3. 1 tsp. pepper

  4. 1 tsp. paprika

  5. 3 1/2 - 4 lbs. sirloin tip roast, cut into cubes w/ fat & grisle removed

  6. 4 Tbsp. canola oil

  7. 2 beef bouillon cubes

  8. 1 1/2 cups boiling water

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in large ziploc bag; shake to mix. Add beef cubes; seal bag, and shake until meat is coated. Brown beef in hot oil in large skillet or dutch oven, stirring often. Meanwhile, dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water; add to beef mixture after browning. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 1 - 1½ hours, or until meat is tender. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
