1 stick butter,
1 large egg,
2C flour,
1C milk,
1 pack instant oatmeal,
1 C raisins,
2 small apples, Pinch Baking soda, baking powder
2 cups chocolate chips & cocoa, raisin nut oatmeal
1 cup raisins,
1 c oats,
1 c nuts, orange zest & nut
1c nuts, pineapple chunk

Mix eggs,softened butter,sugar first with the kitchenaid 5 speed hand mixer. Add all other ingredients. Pour into muffin pan (don't forget about the cooking spray!) and bake at 375F for 20-25min till golden brown. Decorate with raisins, nuts or other varieties or simply dust with the confec. sugar.
