  1. 1 lb. ground beef

  2. 1/2 c. chopped onion

  3. 1/2 tsp. salt

  4. Dash pepper

  5. 1 (1 lb.) can green beans, drained

  6. 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup

  7. 5 med. potatoes, cooked

  8. 1/2 c. warm milk

  9. 1 beaten egg

  10. 1/2 c. shredded process American cheese

  1. Cook meat and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Add drained green beans and tomato soup. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mash potatoes. While hot, add milk and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon in mounds over casserole and sprinkle potatoes with cheese.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
