  6. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Chopped firm-ripe pears

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Fresh lemon juice

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground cinnamon

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground nutmeg

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Grated lemon rind

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare an 8-inch pie plate with vegetable pan-coating. Toss margarine, oats, flour, and sweetener together in a medium mixing bowl; reserve. Place pears in another mixing bowl and toss with lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon rind. Arrange pears in the prepared pan. Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit. Bake for 15 minutes.
