  1. 1 pound ground beef

  2. 1 egg

  3. 4 - 5 slices white bread

  4. sprinkle of plain dry breadcrumb s

  6. 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  7. 1 tea salt

  8. 1/4 tea black pepper

  9. 1 whole clove garlic

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Soak white bread in water, and then squeeze out water as best you can. Mix all ingredients, except garlic clove, in large bowl until combined. Form meatballs using a light touch.

  2. Heat frying pan with oil to coat bottom ( use regular olive oil not evo) and add clove of garlic and let saute. Cook meatballs in pan with garlic, rolling balls around to brown all sides.

  3. When you think one is done, you must test it and eat the whole thing because THAT one meatball is usually the BEST one!

  4. I drain them on paper towels, and they can be kept warm in a low oven for awhile. I usually double, triple, or quadruple.

  5. I NEVER measure, so this may not be the greatest recipe, but PLEASE try it and I know you’ll get the hang of it. Maybe one day we can make them together - how cute would that be!
