  1. 2 teaspoons 10ml Olive oil

  2. 1 Onion - cut into 1/4" wedges

  3. 1 Jalapeno pepper cut (medium)

  4. Crosswise into rings.

  5. 1 Garlic

  6. 8 oz 227g Beef round tip steak cut To 1/4" thick

  7. 2 Kaiser rolls

  8. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Chopped tomato

  1. Heat oil in large non stick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, jalapeno pepper and garlic; stir fry 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. remove from skillet; reserve.

  2. Add beef steaks to skillet; cook over medium-high heat 1-2 minutes, turning once. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Place equal amounts of beef on bottom half of each Kaiser roll.

  3. Top with equal amounts of reserved onion mixture and chopper tomato.
