  1. 2 Cups cooked seafood ( crab , shrimp, scallops, lobster, or any combo)

  2. 1 Cup heavy cream

  3. 1 cup white wine

  4. 1 chopped shallot

  5. 1 clove garlic

  6. 2 Tab butter

  7. 1 Tab olive oil

  8. 1 Cup shredded parmesean cheese

  9. 12 oz Linguine

  1. Saute garlic and shallot in one Tab butter and all of the olive oil until shallot is transulent. (While cooking the sauce, cook pasta) Deglaze pan with wine until reduced by half. Add cream and stir until thick (like pancake batter). Add seafood and ½ cup cheese and until blended. Pour over cooked pasta and shake extra cheese over top.
