  1. 1 boneless beef chuck roast (2 to 2-1/2 pounds), cut into 3/4-inch cubes

  3. 1 jar (16 ounces) chunky salsa

  4. 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce

  5. 2 garlic cloves, minced

  6. 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  8. 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro

  9. 2 tablespoons lime juice

  10. Hot cooked rice

  1. Salsa Beef Skillet Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a large skillet, brown beef in oil; drain. Add salsa, tomato sauce, garlic, brown sugar and soy sauce; bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Stir in cilantro and lime juice; heat through. Serve over rice. Yield: 4-6 servings.
