  1. 1 14 ounces ca coconut milk

  2. 2 green onion stalks -- chopped into small -- sections.

  3. 4 jalapeno peppers -- cut into thin -- strips

  4. 2 tablespoons fish sauce

  5. 3 cups chopped zucchini

  6. 2 pounds sirloin steak -- cut bite size

  7. 2 tablespoons red curry paste

  8. 4 makrood leaves

  9. 1 bunch basil

  1. Preparation : Heat coconut milk until it bubbles. Add and stir in the Red curry paste. When blended, add the beef and stir until it is cooked. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and remove from heat and serve over rice.
