  1. 8 cups 1584g / 55oz Egg bread - cubed

  2. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Raisins

  3. 3 cups 711ml 2% low-fat milk

  4. 1 cup 237ml Evaporated low-fat milk

  5. 6 Eggs - beaten

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Honey

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated orange peel

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ground cinnamon

  1. Arrange bread and raisins in bottom of lightly greased shallow 2 quart baking dish. Beat remaining ingredients in large bowl until well blended; pour over bread cubes in baking dish and let stand 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed.

  2. Bake at 375F 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
