  7. 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

  8. 1/2 cornflour

  9. 3 tbsp water

  10. 1/2 tsp sesame oil

  11. 1 tbsp finely sliced spring onions

  1. Cost the fish in seasoned flour and sauté in the oil for 4 - 5 minutes or until cooked (it should flake easily with a fork).

  2. For the sweet and sour sauce: mix the ingredients for the sauce and heat gently in a saucepan, stirring until thickened.

  3. Pour the sauce over the fish and heat through.
