  1. 5 teaspoons 25ml Sake

  2. 2 Spring onions

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Lemon juice

  4. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Hichimi togarashi

  5. 4 oz 113g Daikon

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Japanese soy sauce

  7. 1 Msg

  1. Warm the sake in a small saucepan. Ignite with a match, off the heat, and shake the pan gently until the flame dies out. Pour the sake into a dish and cool.

  2. Put the sake with the grated daikon, onions, soy sauce, lemon juice, MSG, and the 7 pepper spice into a mixing bowl.

  3. Mix well. To serve, place in small individual dishes and serve with sea bass, sea bream, or sashimi.
