  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - chopped (large)

  3. 4 Garlic - minced

  4. 1 cup 237ml Tomato sauce

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Vinegar

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Maple syrup

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Molasses

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Dijon mustard

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Tabasco sauce

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Malagueta pepper

  13. 1/4 Seeded lemon - chopped

  14. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cumin

  15. 1 teaspoon 5ml Coriander

  16. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ginger'

  17. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Paprika

  1. Recipe Instructions Saute onions and garlic in oil over low heat for 5 min. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 more min. Spread on meat during last 10-15 min. of grilling or broiling or last 20-25 minutes of baking. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 cups.
