  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Boneless chuck steak,

  2. 1 1/2" thick

  3. 1 Garlic clove - peeled and minced

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Wine vinegar

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Brown sugar

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Paprika

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Catsup (ketchup)

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry or prepared mustard

  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1-inch wide. Place these in the crockpot. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the meat, and mix. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 5 hours. This recipe yields 4 to 5 servings.
