  1. 2 12oz. packages of whole mushrooms , cleaned

  2. 2 large yellow onions , sliced into very thin rings

  3. 1/2 can of beer

  4. 1/3 cup soy sauce

  5. Crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)

  6. Hot sauce (to taste)

  7. 2 tbl. butter

  1. Marinated Mushrooms and Onions In a smal pot, add beer, soy sauce, butter, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce, and mix well.

  2. Heat and bring to a simmer.

  3. Add mushrooms and onions and stir.

  4. Cover with a lid and simmer until mushrooms and onions are tender, around 20 minutes.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
