  2. 50g (2 oz) wheatgerm

  3. 30g (1 oz) wheat bran

  4. 50g (2 oz) oat bran

  5. 150g (5 oz) sultanas

  6. 50g (2 oz) chopped walnuts

  7. 4 tablespoons dark brown soft sugar

  8. 30g (1 oz) unsalted sunflower seeds

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Store muesli in an airtight container. It keeps for 2 months at room temperature.
