  2. 700 gram green peas

  3. 200 gram cauliflower

  4. 200 gram tomatoes

  5. 2 chopped onions

  6. 1/2 cup fresh curd

  7. 5 green chillies

  8. 2 teaspoons coriander seeds

  9. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  10. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

  11. 1 piece chopped ginger

  12. 3 cloves chopped garlic

  13. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  14. a big pinch of sugar

  15. salt to taste

  16. 2 tablespoons ghee

  17. a handful of chopped coriander leaves.

  1. Cut vegetabes into small pieces. Take onion, green chillies, coriander, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic and grind into a fine paste. Heat ghee and fry the paste till light brown. Add a pinch of sugar and required salt. Add vegetables fry and add well beaten curd and half a cup of water. Cook till tender and mix in garam masala. Garnish with chipped coriander leaves and serve hot.
