  1. 8 cups Rice Chex cereal

  2. 1 cup salted peanuts

  3. 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Heat oven to 325°F (160°C). Spray two 15x10x1-inch pans with cooking spray.

  2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients until evenly coated. Spread in pans in single layer.

  3. Bake 12 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
